Our process

From first question to next step.

  1. Start with context.

Share the property location, building type, visible concern, and the service you want to discuss. Photos or prior repair information can be helpful when available.

  2. Evaluate the property.

A site visit is used to look at the relevant roof or exterior conditions. The goal is to separate what is visible from what needs closer inspection.

  3. Discuss the scope.

We talk through the work being proposed, access, materials, and the questions that should be answered before a project is scheduled.

  4. Plan the next step.

The appropriate path may be a repair, a broader project discussion, monitoring, or another exterior service. The scope should follow the condition at the property.

This process is deliberately simple: it creates a more useful conversation than a generic online promise.
